Business Traveler
Upon arrival I was informed that the only accommodations was a time share cottage. Since I was there for a conference at the hotel that was not acceptable. I ended up with a roll away bed in a room that was part of a suite. On one occasion I came up to my room to find the maid had left the door wide open after cleaning the room and moving down the hall. TV was very small and cheap LCD. seemed out of place and blurry picture. Chairs very uncomfortable. pizza ordered from room service was clearly a frozen pizza and a bad tasting one at that. Couldn't eat it. Bird droppings on balcony was the worst part. Very disappointed. ...read more

I stayed at the PGA National in May, 2009 in West Palm Beach. This hotel is fantastic. When my friends and family came to pick me up at the hotel, they were very impressed also. The pool, the workout structure, (Workout Classes Scheduled Daily), Tennis, Golf Lessions, and the gorgeous view of this hotel were wonderful. The staff was great. My room service was great.
